Privacy policy
Last updated September 17, 2026
Agenza is operated by Agenza LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the service handles and why. The Agenza dashboard is licensed by subscription to agencies, not sold to the public, and most of the information in it is entered by an agency about its own business. In those cases the agency decides what is collected and how long it is kept; we hold and process it on the agency’s behalf.
What we handle
- Agenza subscriber information. About the people at the agency who sign in: name, work email address, an optional alternate delivery address, role within the agency, and a password we never store in readable form.
- Business records the agency enters. Sales and production activity with the customer name and policy number attached to it, compensation settings and pay calculations, goals, time entries, notes, and internal messages. Where an agency issues a certificate of insurance, that record also carries the mailing address of the customer and of the certificate holder.
- What we never handle. Agenza does not ask for and has nowhere to put a Social Security number, a date of birth, a driver’s license number, or a bank account or card number. No screen collects them and no table stores them.
- Voice input. Dictation and voice notes are turned into text by the speech recognition built into your own browser, and that recognition is performed by the maker of the browser rather than by us. Agenza never records, uploads, or stores audio. Microphone access is requested at the moment it is used and never otherwise, and the text it produces stays on your device until you choose to save it.
- Service data. Sign-in times, error reports, and basic usage records needed to run and secure the service. Usage records and error reports go to PostHog, hosted in the United States: the name, work email address, agency and role of the person signed in, which screens they open and which features they use, and error reports. Agenza does not send customer records, the contents of forms, or recordings of the screen. Error reports have email addresses, phone numbers and long numbers removed before they are sent, but an error message can occasionally include a word shown on the screen. No cookie is set for usage records or error reports.
- Billing information. Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own pages and never reach Agenza. All we keep is Stripe’s reference for the agency’s customer and subscription, and whether that subscription is active.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, we do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not use one agency’s business records to serve another agency.
Service providers
Running Agenza requires a small number of vendors, each handling only what their function needs: a managed database and authentication host, Stripe for subscription payments, an email delivery provider, an artificial-intelligence provider for the features that draft or summarize text, PostHog for usage records and error reports, and Better Stack, which checks that the site is reachable and receives no personal information. Each is bound by its own agreement to process data only on our instructions.
Security
- All traffic is encrypted in transit.
- Each agency’s data is isolated, and access is decided on the server from the signed-in person’s role. The browser cannot claim a permission it has not been granted.
- There is no public sign-up. Accounts exist only because an agency owner created them.
- Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
Keeping and deleting information
Business records are kept for as long as the agency’s subscription is active, because the agency relies on their history. Reports, payroll runs, and time records can be exported to a spreadsheet from inside the app at any time. When a subscription ends, the agency may ask us for a full copy of its data or for its deletion, and we will provide it. Individual team members should ask their agency owner first, since the records belong to the agency.
Your choices
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to the records the agency is required to keep. Write to support@goagenza.com and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell subscribing agencies before the change takes effect.
